Terms of Use

RMATRIX PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates WWW.REALTYSOLUTIONZ.IN (“Platform”), a real estate listing and lead-generation website in India. By using the Platform, you (“User”, “Owner”, “Agent”, or “Developer”) agree to these Terms of Use, Property Listing Terms, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Refund Policy. You must be at least 18 years old, legally competent, and have lawful authority to post any property. Continued use constitutes acceptance of these terms under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

All property listings must be accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable laws including the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA), where applicable. Misleading, fraudulent, duplicate, or discriminatory content is strictly prohibited. We may request verification documents, remove listings without notice, and suspend accounts for violations. Users indemnify the Company against claims, disputes, penalties, or legal costs arising from their listings or violations of law.

We collect personal information such as name, contact details, property information, IP address, and payment details to manage accounts, publish listings, process payments, prevent fraud, send updates, and comply with legal obligations under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We may share information with prospective buyers, trusted service providers, and authorities, but we do not sell personal data. Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data by contacting mail@realtysolutionz.in.

The Platform is an advertising and listing service only. We do not verify property title, guarantee sale, rental, or investment returns, and provide content “as is” without warranties. Users are responsible for conducting independent due diligence. Listing or subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated; chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may lead to account suspension or legal action.

Before posting any listing or creating an account, users must tick the acceptance checkbox stating: 

“☐ I have read and agree to the Terms of Use, Property Listing Terms, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Refund Policy. I understand that by submitting this form, I am entering into a legally binding electronic agreement with RMATRIX PRIVATE LIMITED.” This click constitutes a legally binding agreement. We maintain timestamp, IP address, and account records of acceptance as proof. Continued use of the Platform confirms your agreement to all policies and obligations
